Shipping policy
Order processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.
Shipping rates & delivery — United States
Standard shipping is free on every US order — no minimum. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days. Some of our barware is made to order or ships directly from our production partners, which is how we keep shipping free — we appreciate your patience.
International shipping
We ship to select countries outside the US. International shipping rates are calculated by the carrier at checkout based on your address. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination.
Tracking your order
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking number hasn't updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, or if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at neat.copremium@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
Wrong address or order changes
If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually make changes before the order is processed. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to redirect it.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email us at neat.copremium@gmail.com with your order number (and photos, if damaged) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
